Preheat oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
26 cm springform pan.
Base:
200 g flour
75 g sugar
75 g butter
1 egg
½ packet baking powder
1 pinch salt
Knead quickly and set aside.
Filling:
125 g butter
220 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet vanilla pudding powder
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
Freshly grated lemon zest
Mix together in a bowl.
500 g quark,
200 g sour cream,
Mix in.
200 g cream,
1 tsp sugar
Whip until stiff and mix in.
Line the bottom of a greased 26 cm springform pan, pulling the dough up about 2-3 cm at the edge, perforate with a fork. Now pour the filling into the pan, smooth it out, and bake in the hot oven on the second rack from the bottom for 1 hour.
Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
