Marinade
1/4 Cup sake
1/4 Cup Mirin
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp Miso
Bring to a boil, then cool.
Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Cook in the oven for 5–10 minutes.

I put some salmon I had frozen in the marinade overnight. I did not cook the marinade. I fried the salmon in the pan for a few minutes and had it with rice, cauliflower and kimchi.
