Rhubarb cake with crumble topping

100 g butter
100 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
2 eggs
Beat until fluffy

150 g flour
50 g starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons milk
4 drops lemon flavoring
1 pinch salt
Add, stir, 26 cm springform pan

500 g apples (peeled)
Dice, add on top

100 g flour
75 g sugar
75 g butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
Mix with dough hook to form crumble topping

45 minutes
180° C
